Congratulations on your engagement! Now the process of planning your wedding can begin. Not to worry, Celebrations by Christina understands just how overwhelming and stressful this can be. We have designed three packages that allow you to fully enjoy all the aspects of planning your special day. We consider ourselves to be your partners throughout each step in which we are involved. By focusing on the details and logistics, we allow you the opportunity to spend the months before your wedding celebrating with your friends, families and future spouse. We offer the following planning packages:

Wedding Day Coordination

This package is perfect for the couple that wants to be in charge of planning their wedding, but would like to leave it to a professional the day of. We’d serve as the primary contact for your vendors 8 weeks prior to your wedding day, making sure everything is implemented flawlessly. Your decor, centerpieces, favors, and every other personal detail that showcases your vision will be handled. Allow our team to worry about every minor detail while you take in every magical moment!

Collaborative Planning

Collaborative planning is our take on “Partial Planning” Couples that choose this package may want to focus on planning certain aspects of their wedding they may feel more passionate about, and would prefer a professional to take care of the other details. With the Collaborative Planning Package, our team will sit down with you and decide which aspects we will handle. This will give you the time to research and plan the details that you are excited about. We are, of course, present the day of your wedding, and will take on the responsibilities of implementing every detail to complete your vision and theme, while you enjoy your day.

Full Planning

This package covers everything from your engagement to your vows. Vendor research, vendor primary contact, negotiating contracts, and budget management are just some of the services that are included in this exclusive package. Besides the logistics, we will assist in developing your vision, theme and ambiance to create a perfect and memorable day.

All three services include monthly check-in meetings, unlimited access via phone, email, and text to answer questions and provide any information you may need. In addition, sit down meetings (6 weeks and 4 weeks prior) to your big day will be scheduled to make sure every detail is accounted for. Vendor point-of-contact and development of your wedding day timeline complete each package.
